I wanted to check iPhone sales report today on iTunes Connect and as soon as I landed on iTunes Conenct login page I saw this error.
Cannot Process Request
An error has occurred processing your request. Please try again later or send an e-mail for assistance.
At first instance it looks like their server has gone into hibernation like any typical USA based server during the early morning hours in the UK. This is a consistent problem with any USA based server. I come across server has gone away problem on regular basis. Looks like folks on the other side of Atlantic sleep with their server as well and forget that there exists a world outside of USA cocoon which wakes up when they go to bed.
I tried to login with other account and hit same error. So there is nothing wrong with the account but it’s iTunes Connect server problem.
The Solution
Wait while folks at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino wakes up later in the late afternoon (UK time). Till then have patience and chill out in the cold snowy British weather ;)
